Chemical Construction International Private Limited, New Delhi (CCIPL) is the exclusive licensee for Lurgi, (www.lurgi.de.) AG, Germany's proprietary Biodiesel manufacturing process for plant capacities from 30 Tons per day to 125 Tons per day.

CCIPL provides complete turnkey engineering and manufactured integrated multi- feedstock biodiesel facilities which typically comprise of the following sections:
1. Seed handling and oil expelling section
2. Preparatory section for crude oil.
3. Transesterification section which includes reaction, separation, methanol recovery, Glycerin water pretreatment, Glycerin water evaporation , Methyl Ester washing and drying section.
4. Pharma glycerin section.
5. Bulk storage tank farm.
6. Plant utilities.

CCIPL has secured two turnkey orders for the engineering and supply of 30 Tons per day biodiesel facilities, which are under execution and are expected to complete in 2006.

CCIPL has been an active player n the vegetable oils and fats industry as a technology provider and project implementation company for the last 50 years. The company has successfully implemented a large number of projects both in India and abroad.

Towards manufacturing biodiesel plants, CCIPL has entered into a technical collaboration with M/S Lurgi, AG, Germany for its biodiesel technology. M/S Lurgi AG, Germany is working in the field of biodiesel technology and have a number of highly successful plants all over the world.
